All prices that appear include VAT.
Shipping
We ship to UK addresses ONLY. Standard processing time is 5 working days from receipt of payment, however this may change due to demand.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you check the condition of your consignment when it arrives. If there is any evidence of damage to the packaging please ensure you sign for the item as 'damaged' as this will enable you and us to claim for any item which has been damaged in transit by the courier.
IMPORTANT: Once inspected any issues regarding the units condition or specification must be reported back to us with in 7 days of receipt.
Seven Day Money Back Guarantee
As a consumer (I.e. where you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business and you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract (other than for audio or software products which have been unsealed by you) and receive a refund from us.
You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you. Please send any issues of this nature to trade@scc.com.
If you choose to cancel then you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. Your shipping cost will not be refunded.
Warranty
Any warranty repair requests need to be reported back to us by mailing trade@scc.com. Once the issue is reported we will issue returns instructions.
On receipt of the faulty unit we will:
- Assess the unit to verify the fault. If this is found to be faulty and a grade B or above we will refund
This process should be completed with in 5 working days, if it is not please mail trade@scc.com who will investigate further.
Grade A – Open Box
You’re buying a fully working and unused item which is still in its original packaging. This item will have an operating system where applicable.
Grade B - Good Condition with marks
You’re buying a fully complete, working, and data wiped item which is free from damage. There may be small “signs of use” such as worn corners or small cosmetic marks on the unit. Please note this item will not come with an AC adaptor or operating system and will come packaged in a plain brown box.
Grade C - Well used with marks and missing pieces.
You’re buying an item which has been data wiped but may be missing parts and will have damage to the unit. These items are recommended to be sold for spares and repairs. Please note this unit will not come with an AC adaptor or operating system and will come packaged in a plain brown box.
Timed Delivery Options
*Timed delivery options can only be applied to mainland UK addresses only. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands will all fall under the 5 working day delivery option even if you chose a timed delivery method. This will not be acknowledged but you still may be charged.
Pre-selected delivery methods will only apply to orders once the payment has cleared
